The sweet spot
This is enough time for a first visit with a clear daily rhythm and room to change course when the day calls for it.
Trip-length planner
Cincinnati is most comfortable with 3 days. That gives the trip room for the parts people travel there to see, without turning every good idea into a timed stop.

Three days for downtown and the riverfront, OTR, and one museum-rich or Kentucky-side day.
Give Over-the-Rhine and Findlay Market an unhurried day
Start at the Freedom Center and keep the museum visit unhurried. · Walk Smale Riverfront Park and the Roebling Bridge if weather is kind. · Choose a Reds game, Music Hall performance, or downtown dinner rather than forcing both.
Go early to Findlay Market. · Walk OTR and Washington Park without turning the day into a brewery checklist. · Stay in OTR for dinner or a performance instead of returning downtown first.
Use Museum Center for a full indoor anchor, or pair the Art Museum and Krohn Conservatory on a fair day. · Cross to Covington or Newport only if the group still has energy. · Have dinner near the final stop rather than building one more downtown transfer.
Guided Voyager updates destination guidance regularly, but hours, weather, access, and reservations should be checked close to departure.
